All orders have a copy of the Chung Lian Trades invoice behind the shipping label. Copies of the invoice can be requested.ย

All sales are final and there will be no returns or exchanges. All claims must be made within 7 days after receiving merchandise. No claims will be accepted without a receipt and merchandise. Any past due balances is subject to a finance charge 2% per month. No checks and payments of net are allowed. Restock fee of 15% is added.ย
