SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Lowest shipping costs are based on weight, value, & location of the package. The website generates an estimate shipping cost, however shipping can change based on the rate shipping services charge (USPS and UPS). 

All orders have a copy of the Chung Lian Trades invoice behind the shipping label. Copies of the invoice can be requested. 

 RETURNS

All sales are final and there will be no returns or exchanges. All claims must be made within 7 days after receiving merchandise. No claims will be accepted without a receipt and merchandise. Any past due balances is subject to a finance charge 2% per month. No checks and payments of net are allowed. Restock fee of 15% is added. 

CUSTOMERS 

WEBSITE IS VALID FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS WITH VALID TAX ID/RESELLERS PERMIT.
