Payment Method
All payments are to be made in U.S. dollars. We accept only Visa and MasterCard. For large and repeat customers we are able to provide financing terms which can be discussed during our confirmation phone call. Checks are accepted but the merchandise will not be shipped out until after 1) the confirmation phone call, 2) we receive the check, and 3) the check clears.
Ordering / Shipping
We ship all of our orders via UPS. After you submit your order online an email will be sent itemizing your shopping cart. We will then fill the order accordingly and call you when it’s ready. At that time we will collect your payment information and shipping preference (ground, next day air, etc.).
Order Tracking
We ship all of our orders via UPS. Currently we are not automated so you can get your tracking order from us online. During our order confirmation phone call we will determine the shipping date and method. If your package has not arrived on the scheduled day please call us back and we will give you the tracking number.
Out of Stock Items
We try our best to have an accurate online inventory of our products, however, it’s possible that some items may sell out before we can update the website. If that occurs we can discuss the alternatives during our confirmation phone call.
Return Policy
We only accept returns if the items are damaged, there are no refunds for items that do not fall into this category. Please call us with your special concern before attempting to ship products back to us for store credit.
Minimum Order
The minimum order is $100.00. For individual items priced under $5 the minimum order quantity is 2.
Product Descriptions
We sell costume jewelry and other inexpensive products at wholesale prices and we try to ensure the accuracy of all item descriptions and other information on the site. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other information on this website are absolutely accurate or error-free. Also, if a product is described as having an option for “gold or silver base metal” it refers to the color only, not the metal material. However, if an earring is described to have “sterling silver posts” then the posts are made of sterling silver. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call us for clarification.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Any action between the parties to this agreement for the breach of this agreement or any action or claim in any way relating thereto shall be venued in Seattle, Washington. The parties to this agreement hereby consent to jurisdiction in that court and agree to accept service by mail and hereby waive any defense of any kind related to jurisdiction or venue.
Special Orders
We have relationships with 100’s of manufacturers around the world and we are able to work with many of them on special orders. Simple special orders could be a name or logo imprinted on a plastic clock or changing colored crystals in an existing design. For example, we have a Christmas tree pin with dark blue crystals only. If you liked the design, but preferred different colored crystals that is also considered a rather simple request but there must be a certain volume associated with it for it to make sense for everyone involved. It’s difficult to estimate the necessary volumes but if you have an idea let us know and we can look into it. Special design orders are also possible but, as you can imagine, it is an iterative process. You will need to send us a design and estimated purchase volume then we will work with our suppliers to get you a sample. After some more back and forth we can settle on the design & price and order from there. Since we are not the manufacturer we cannot guarantee exclusivity to the design.

You may, however, visit our site anonymously but you will not be able to see our wholesale prices. We also maintain a record of customer purchases and set cookies to enhance and personalize the shopping experience.
